FNL/TBC RETURN POLICY

OVERVIEW

The Barn Church stands behind our products. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for most items shipped from our store.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You can return items within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• You received the wrong item

• The item does not match the description

Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

• Digital downloads or streaming content

• Opened media (DVDs, CDs, USB drives)

• Custom or personalized items

• Items marked as final sale

• Opened books or materials

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us first at info@thebarn.church or call (269) 367-2276.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We will send you return instructions within 2 business days.

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

REFUNDS

We process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective.

We will replace the item at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

Take photos of the damage before returning the item.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
